Caroline Mary Ghislaine Atkins (born 13 January 1981 in Burgess Hill) is an English cricketer who has played 6 Tests and 24 ODIs since 2001. She was a member of the side which retained the Ashes on tour in Australia in 2008.
On 8 August 2008, she broke the record for the highest stand in women's One Day International cricket with a first wicket partnership of 268 with Sarah Taylor at Lord's for England against South Africa. She was first out for 145.[1] She was a member of the England team which won both the World Cup and the Twenty/20 World Championship in 2009.
